IBL LAWYERS, a full-service law firm founded by Phuc Nguyen who is known as a reliable business lawyer with over 12 years of legal practice at top tier law firms and global consulting group. The mission of IBL LAWYERS is to help clients do business in Vietnam effectively and safely at affordable cost.
OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
Phuc is the Managing Partner of the Firm. Prior to founding IBL LAWYERS, Phuc has over 12 years working in legal field as business lawyer at top tier law firms, global consulting group and commercial real estate . His broad and intensive expertise covers M&A transactions, foreign investment, corporate compliance, commercial contracts, labor & employment, real estate, and dispute resolution.
He has advised a large number of foreign and domestic clients on their projects in Vietnam in various industries such as fund management, renewable energy, banking, healthcare and beauty, F&B, garment, softwares production, steel manufacturing, construction, distribution, logistics, commercial real estate, etc.
Le is our Partner in charge of tax regime services. She is licensed with tax agency and chief accounting services. Since her graduation from University of Finance and Marketing, she has spent nearly eleven years helping foreign and domestic clients in terms of tax and accounting matters. In addition, Le is the right person to support clients to build up internal accounting and compliance system for clients’ business.
Tin has nearly 10 years working in legal field and been assisting many entrepreneurs in diversified industries. His intensive expertise covers corporate compliance, commerce, banking & finance, real estate, civil and disputes resolution (both at Court and Arbitration).
He is a frequent guest of reputable television stations nationwide (e.g. Truyen Hinh Quoc Hoi, VTV, VTC, HTV, etc.) where he delivers free but valuable legal counselling to community.
Tin is a member of Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
Trinh graduated from The Barton School of Business, Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas, USA majoring in Finance. Prior to joining IBL LAWYERS, she has spent over 02 years working at Fidelity Bank as Senior Universal Banker. Trinh has been serving clients for finance and banking aspects.
Tu Anh graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law majoring in Commercial . Prior to joining IBL LAWYERS, he has spent over 03 years working at TND Legal as an Associate. Tu Anh is in charge of foreign investment, corporate compliance and licensing works at the Firm.
